HIKING AND SAUNA

Experience nature at your own pace with our hiking package Hiking and sauna - two nights at Smålandstorpet, day hike with lunch package, sauna by the lake and breakfast. This package is suitable for those who long for silence, stillness and forest trails.

This comfortable accommodation is located in the middle of the Småland forests, 40 minutes from Store Mosse National Park. Here you can hike directly from your accommodation on our own trails: Around Lake Fällesjön (6 km), Past the lakes (4 km) and Through the pine forest (4 km). If you want to go further, we recommend the trail Over the stream and into the deepest part of Småland (12 km), which offers varied terrain and a real wilderness feeling. You can also visit the nearby Hattens nature reserve or perhaps hike the Hassafallsleden trail just south of Jönköping.

You can borrow a backpack and a mat and we will send you a packed lunch, bread rolls with cheese and... to take out into the forest.

After today's hike, the sauna awaits - already lit and warm. The sauna is beautifully located by a quiet forest lake with its own jetty and small beach. When darkness falls, atmospheric lighting is lit around the sauna and the jetty. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available to borrow.

• Wood-fired sauna just for you for two hours - lit and hot on arrival. The sauna is booked for two hours - choose between 17-19 or 19:15-21:15.""Choose between our own folk beer or Loka mineral water."

• Packed lunch (flatbread roll + drink) for one day

Optional:

You can add a meal kit filled with local ingredients or a hearty evening snack with a drink, prepared on site with care and often using local ingredients. Pre-order at least two days before arrival.

Do you want to prepare your own food?

There are nice, well-equipped kitchens where you can cook or heat up your own food. A well-stocked ICA grocery store is only ten minutes away by car.
