Experience nature at your own pace with our hiking package Hiking and Sauna – two nights at Smålandstorpet, a snack to take along in the backpack provided, a sauna by the lake, and breakfast. This package is perfect for those who long for silence, tranquility, and forest trails.
You’ll stay in a private house in the heart of Småland’s forests, 40 minutes from Store Mosse National Park. Here, you can hike directly from your lodging on our own trails: Around Fällesjön (6.4 km), Through the Old Forest (3.5 km), Across the Stream and Into the Forest (5.4 km), and Through the Pine Forest (4.2 km). The trails can be combined to create a longer hike and offer varied terrain and a true wilderness experience. You can also visit the nearby Hattens Nature Reserve.
You can borrow a backpack and a seat pad, and we'll pack some cinnamon buns and coffee or tea for you to take with you into the woods.
After today’s hike, the sauna awaits—already heated and ready. The sauna is beautifully situated by a tranquil forest lake with a dock and a beach. As darkness falls, atmospheric lighting comes on around the sauna and the dock. Towels, bathrobes, and slippers are available to borrow.

You can add a meal kit filled with local ingredients or a hearty evening snack with a drink, prepared on site with care and often using local ingredients. Pre-order at least two days before arrival.

There are nice, well-equipped kitchens where you can cook or heat up your own food. A well-stocked ICA grocery store is just a ten-minute drive away.
Yes, several of our packages can be booked on both weekdays and weekends, depending on availability. Some packages have specific arrival dates, which are listed in the description of each package.
When making your reservation, you can choose whether you'd like to book the Old Garage or the Barn. All of our accommodations are private and designed for two people.
Yes, the wood-fired sauna is reserved exclusively for you during your selected time slot. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, and firewood are included. The sauna is located by a small forest lake with its own dock.
Breakfast is included in all packages and is delivered to your house. You can add an evening snack or a dinner kit.
